 Following graduation as a Landscape Architect in 1981, Richard Marsh worked for architectural practices in London and Stuttgart, during which he built up a fine reputation for his architectural perspective watercolours and pencil sketches alongside his other design work.
In subsequent years, with so many private commissions for his artwork, he was able to follow his life’s passion and work full-time as a freelance artist. He has since achieved wide recognition for his fine illustrations  commissioned by architects, building developers, a d v e r ti s i n g a n d d e s ign agencies both at home and abroad.
Richard lives and works in Brighton, UK, producing watercolour paintings, focusing on the beauty of Sussex towns, villages and landscapes, which he sells as originals and limited edition prints.
